Job Description

Role : Software Engineer Dynamics of the Role : This is an exciting time in our Company. With investments in our people, technology and new business markets, we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau. - We are looking for a person who is enthusiastic about owning and taking responsibility of the system which is heart of the bureau. Roles & Responsibilities : - Collaborating with business, functional partners and technology leadership in defining features and specifying requirements - Liaising with team and Leadership to ensure technical implementation is in line with business goal - Defining execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources - Ensuring high level of performance, availability, sustainability and security of the system - Supporting executing team with resolution for roadblocks and interdependencies - Managing project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of project Experience and Skills : - Qualification : B.E/ B.S.C/ B.C.A in IT/Computers or related field - Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Java/J2EE - Experience working on Java based enterprise solutions - Must have experience on Apache SOLR/ Elastic Search - Proficient with Linux environment - Experience of software engineering process and design patterns with a background of programming and development. - Familiarity with Agile project methodologies. - Well-organized, detail oriented, has great communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment - Excellent technical, diagnostics and troubleshooting skills (ref:hirist.tech)
