Salesforce Developer - Lightning Web Components

Job Title : Salesforce Developer Location : Mohali Experience Level : 2-6yr Job Summary : We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements - Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools - Perform unit testing and support functional, integration, and UAT testing - Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring data integrity and platform performance - Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, recommending improvements and best practices - Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations and integrations Requirements : - 2 years of experience in Salesforce development - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning components (Aura/LWC) - Experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builders - Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture - Familiarity with version control tools like Git - Experience with Salesforce integration techniques (REST, SOAP, middleware) - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications : - Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification(s) - Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in a Salesforce environment - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies - Experience with tools like Jira, Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT is a plus Benefits : - Competitive compensation package - Career growth and certification support - Health and wellness benefits - Opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce projects (ref:hirist.tech)
