Oracle Fusion Middleware Developer We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Oracle Fusion Middleware Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials reporting. This is an immediate joiner opportunity requiring a candidate with a solid understanding of finance modules, BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC), Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing custom reports for leadership, managing Financial Data Integration (FDI) processes, and providing support to functional users. This role requires excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work : - Collaborate with the leadership team and functional users to understand reporting requirements, particularly within the Finance modules. - Develop custom BIP reports utilizing various templates (RTF, eText, Excel, etc.) based on diverse business needs. - Demonstrate an in-depth understanding and practical application of Oracle BICC and FRS tools for data extraction and reporting. - Design, develop, and support complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data for reporting purposes. - Possess a strong understanding of the Oracle Fusion schema and subject areas, with proven expertise in creating OTBI reports by joining multiple subject areas. - Work with and understand Smart View for data analysis and reporting. - Develop solutions using FDI for data loading and integration into Oracle Fusion Cloud. - Monitor the health and performance of FDI applications and cloud services, proactively identifying and resolving issues. - Assist with the provisioning of FDI, verify prerequisites, configure and activate pipeline data loads, and perform thorough FDI data validation. - Take ownership of the development and ongoing management of functional reporting solutions to support the entire Oracle Fusion Cloud stack. - Serve as a primary point of contact and key resource for functional users, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of information through reports. - Evaluate report requests to determine their necessity and, when appropriate, collaborate with requesters to identify and implement alternative reporting solutions efficiently. - Provide education and training to team members and functional end users on Oracle Fusion reporting tools as needed. - Leverage a proven background in systems support to provide direct user interaction for resolving issues related to the reporting solution. - Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting needs are met while maintaining the efficiency of the change management process and the applications. - Apply expertise and core competencies gained from project experience and functional knowledge to solve reporting challenges through error detection, correction, process improvements, and/or process design strategies. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of developed reports, data mappings, and integration processes. - Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities of Oracle Fusion Middleware, BIP, BICC, FRS, OTBI, and FDI. Required Skills and Experience : - Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets). - Proven ability to develop reports specifically for leadership teams, providing insightful financial data. - Solid documentation and organizational skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear and actionable items. - Extensive experience (5 years) in developing custom BIP reports using different template types (RTF, eText, Excel, etc.). - In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle BICC and FRS tools. - Strong proficiency in writing and supporting complex SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation. - Excellent understanding of the Oracle Fusion schema, subject areas, and proven expertise in creating reports by joining multiple subject areas using OTBI. - Good understanding and experience with Smart View. - Experience in developing solutions using FDI and monitoring the health of FDI applications and cloud services. - Hands-on experience in assisting with FDI provisioning, verifying prerequisites, configuring data loads, and performing data validation. - Proven experience in the development and ongoing management of functional reporting within the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. - Demonstrated ability to work directly with functional users to understand and fulfill their reporting needs. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve reporting issues effectively. - Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
