ServiceNow Integration Specialist - Integration and (Relevant): 5 Timings: UK 1 10 PM Date: 3 skills which is mandatory: ServiceNow Portal Development and API Integration Rounds: 3 Job Title: ServiceNow Integration Specialist Integration and UI/UX Job Description: - Lead the design and development of complex integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, etc. - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow integrations with various systems and applications. - Create and manage APIs, including scripted REST APIs, to facilitate seamless data exchange. - Build and maintain reusable APIs and integration patterns following the industrys best practices. - Customize and configure various ServiceNow modules including ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), ITAM (HAM, SAM), and CMDB. - Develop and maintain workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts. - Provide guidance on platform capabilities, design considerations, and performance optimizations. - Participate in architectural reviews, code reviews, and solution design discussions. - Prepare and maintain documentation including design specs, technical specs, test cases, and user guides. - Troubleshoot and resolve performance and integration : - 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform. - Deep expertise in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth, JWT). - Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API, UI Policies, Client Scripts, etc.). - Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, and Scripted APIs. - Solid knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and other core ServiceNow modules. - Good understanding of ServiceNows data model and performance best Qualifications : - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory). - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer / Integration Specialist / ITSM or ITAM.
