Technical Business Analyst - KYC/Anti-Money Laundry

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and client onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in creating detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and will be instrumental in analyzing business processes and conducting systems analysis to optimize our operations. Key Responsibilities : - Conduct thorough analysis of business processes related to KYC, AML, and client onboarding to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into detailed BRDs and FRDs. - Analyze existing systems and workflows to propose technical solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. - Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and deliverables. - Ensure all solutions and processes comply with relevant KYC and AML regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and system specifications to support ongoing operations and audits. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis within the financial services industry, with a focus on KYC, AML, and client onboarding processes. - Proficiency in creating BRDs and FRDs. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with systems analysis and design methodologies. - Experience with data analysis tools and techniques. - Experience in the IT industry, particularly in roles involving system implementation or integration. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to KYC and AML.
