Senior SAP PP/QM Consultant

Job Description : We are looking for a senior-level SAP PP/QM Consultant with solid expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, specifically within the process industry (FMCG domain preferred). The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of end-to-end process integration and hands-on experience in multiple SAP implementations and support Responsibilities : - Design and configure SAP PP and QM modules according to business requirements for process industries (e.g., FMCG). - Handle Master Data Management (MDM) for PP/QM including Materials, BOM, Work Centers, Routings, Recipes, and Inspection Plans. - Implement and support end-to-end SAP PP/QM process flows, including MRP, Production Order Processing, Process Orders, Batch Management, and Inspection processes. - Collaborate with business users and other SAP functional/technical consultants for custom development and enhancement of the system. - Responsible for configuration and customization of SAP PP and QM modules. - Ensure effective integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, WM, and FI/CO. - Work on system testing, UAT, and deployment of developed solutions. - Prepare and maintain documentation, including functional specs, process flows, and training materials. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in PP/QM areas, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Participate in cutover planning, go-live, and post-go-live Skills : - Strong domain knowledge in SAP PP and QM processes tailored for process industries (FMCG preferred). Proficient in : - PP/QM MDM (Master Data Management) - PP/QM Configuration - PP/QM end-to-end SAP process flows - Custom development and enhancements in PP/QM - Experience in Batch Management, Serial Number Management, and Inspection Lot Processing. - Solid understanding of production execution, quality inspection, and results recording. - Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus. - Good understanding of integration touchpoints with MM, SD, WM, and other : - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - SAP PP/QM Certification is desirable. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to handle large-scale implementations Industry Experience : FMCG / Process Industry (ref:hirist.tech)
