SAP Technical Support Analyst

Role : SAP Technical Support Analyst We are looking for an experienced SAP Technical Support Analyst who will be responsible for the support, maintenance, configuration, and user assistance across various SAP modules. The role involves working closely with functional teams and business users to ensure the efficient operation of SAP applications. Key Responsibilities : System Support and Maintenance : - Monitor SAP systems to ensure high performance and availability. - Troubleshoot and resolve application-level issues. - Perform system patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance to ensure system health. User Support : - Provide first-line support to end-users and resolve their functional/technical queries. - Conduct user training sessions to enhance SAP usage efficiency. - Create and update user manuals and support documentation. Configuration and Customization : - Support the configuration of SAP modules based on evolving business needs. - Assist in customization efforts in collaboration with the functional teams. Change Management : - Participate in the change management process, including UAT, impact analysis, and production deployment. - Evaluate the impact of change requests and communicate updates with all stakeholders. Skills & Experience : - 48 years of experience in SAP application support or administration. - Familiar with one or more SAP modules (FI, SD, MM, PP, etc.). - Good communication and documentation skills. - Experience in managing SAP user permissions, roles, and transports is a plus. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
