Role Summary : We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team. The ideal candidate will focus on ensuring optimal speed, scalability, and reliability across both web and mobile applications. Youll play a vital role in designing and executing performance tests, optimizing front-end and mobile responsiveness, and working in close collaboration with development teams to drive continuous : - Design and execute performance tests for web and mobile applications using tools such as JMeter and Locust. - Optimize front-end and mobile application performance, focusing on responsiveness, load time, and resource usage. - Monitor application performance in real-time using Datadog, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements. - Manage and optimize performance test environments in Azure Cloud, simulating real-world production scenarios. - Develop and maintain automated scripts for load, stress, and scalability testing. - Collaborate with front-end and mobile dev teams to embed performance testing into the development lifecycle. - Document test processes, metrics, findings, and resolution steps in detail. - Stay up to date with the latest in performance testing tools and strategies, especially in the cloud and mobile space. Requirements : - 8 years overall experience, with 35 years in performance testing for web and mobile applications. - Strong knowledge of JMeter, Locust, and Datadog. - Experience with Azure Cloud for deploying and managing test environments. - Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. - Deep understanding of front-end/mobile performance optimization techniques. - Solid grasp of QA methodologies, CI/CD integration, and DevOps workflows. - Excellent communication skills and a proactive, analytical Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Certifications in QA or performance testing (e., ISTQB, CP-SAT) are a plus. - Exposure to manual and automation testing to complement performance testing at Dbiz : - Competitive salary and attractive benefits. - Dynamic and innovative work environment. - Opportunities for personal growth and development. - Engaging and collaborative company culture.
