Google Cloud Platform Developer - CI/CD Pipeline

Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications on GCP using various services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine (GKE), App Engine, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Run. - Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or Deployment Manager. - Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for GCP deployments using Cloud Build, Jenkins, or GitLab CI. - Develop and maintain serverless applications using Cloud Functions and Cloud Run. - Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability. - Design and implement data storage and processing solutions using Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Cloud Spanner, BigQuery, and Dataflow. - Develop data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and analysis. - Implement data warehousing and business intelligence solutions using BigQuery. - Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards. - Integrate GCP services with each other and with external systems using APIs and message queues (Pub/Sub). - Manage and monitor GCP resources using Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging. - Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with GCP security policies. - Troubleshoot and resolve GCP-related issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Provide technical guidance and expertise on GCP best practices and implementation strategies. - Stay up-to-date with the latest GCP services and technologies. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile development processes. - - Work in an iterative and incremental development environment. Mandatory Skills : - Google Cloud Platform (GCP) : 6 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying applications on GCP. - Compute Services : Proficient in using Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine (GKE), App Engine, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Run. - Data Services : Experience with Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Cloud Spanner, BigQuery, and Dataflow. - Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Experience with Terraform or Deployment Manager. - CI/CD : Experience with Cloud Build, Jenkins, or GitLab CI. - Scripting Languages : Proficiency in Python, Bash, or other scripting languages. - API Development : Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs. - Monitoring & Logging : Experience with Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging. Preferred Skills & Experience : - GCP certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Developer, Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect). - Experience with serverless computing and microservices architecture. - Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with message queues (Pub/Sub). - Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence. - Experience with security best practices and compliance. - Experience with Agile development methodologies.
