Senior Tableau Developer - Dashboard Design

Role : Tableau Developer Location : Pune Experience : 3 years NOTE : Immediate joiner Job Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Tableau Developer who can take full ownership of BI projects, work independently, and manage client interactions effectively. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Tableau development and be comfortable handling end-to-end dashboard creation, performance optimization, and data visualization. Hands-on experience in Salesforce data connection is a plus. Key Responsibilities : Take full ownership of Tableau development projects from requirement gathering to deployment. Design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau. Independently manage client interactions, understand business needs, and translate them into insightful visualizations. Connect, extract, and transform data from various sources, including SQL databases and Salesforce. Work closely with business stakeholders and data teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Implement best practices for Tableau development, including performance tuning and efficient data modeling. Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers if needed. Required Skills & Qualifications : 3 years of hands-on experience in Tableau development and dashboard design. Strong knowledge of Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Cloud and Tableau Prep. Ability to work with complex datasets and SQL queries for data extraction and transformation. Experience in integrating Tableau with Salesforce (preferred). Excellent communication skills to independently manage client expectations and gather requirements. Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and performance optimization techniques. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Qualifications : Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R for data manipulation.
