Software Development Manager - RPA

Job Description : Experience Required : 7 years total, including hands-on development Location : Pune Key Responsibilities : 1. Lead and mentor a team of implementation engineers 2. Drive technical design and solution decisions 3. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business goals 5. Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment 6. Participate in hands-on development as needed 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and tasks. Required Skills and Experience : 1. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor software engineering teams of 10 members 2. Experience in hiring, performance management, and professional development of technical staff 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 4. Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholder 5. Identify and mitigate risks and develop contingency plans 6. Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills 7. Proven experience in Node.js and Python Programming, with the ability to write, review, and optimize complex code 8. Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design 9. Up-to-date with current trends in automation development and cloud technologies is a plus 10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 11. Master's degree preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
