Lead Software Development Engineer - Test - TypeScript/Playwright Testing

Key Responsibilities : - Develop and execute automated tests using Playwright and TypeScript. - Implement data-driven testing strategies for robust coverage. - Conduct performance testing using JMeter and Google Lighthouse. - Participate in product specification and code reviews. - Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Octopus Deploy. - Perform functional, security, stress, and failure injection testing. - Actively participate in story grooming sessions with development teams. - Own end-to-end testing processes and make go/no-go release decisions. Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, C#, or Java. - Expertise in Playwright (API & UI automation) and JMeter. - Familiarity with TDD, BDD, ATDD, and Agile methodologies. - Experience in DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Octopus Deploy) and CI/CD integration. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with SonarQube, NDepend, or Fortify. - Knowledge of exploratory, usability, and database testing (SQL, RDBMS). (ref:hirist.tech)
