Mendix Developer

Role : Mendix Architect/Developer. Location : Pune. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain Mendix applications using Mendix Studio Pro. - Develop and implement microflows, domain models, pages, and custom widgets. - Integrate Mendix applications with external systems using REST APIs, web services, and database connectors. - Optimize application performance and ensure scalability. - Design and implement Mendix application architectures, considering scalability, security, and performance. - Define and enforce development standards and best practices. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Mendix developers. - Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Mendix features and best practices. - Design and implement integration strategies between Mendix and other enterprise systems. - Manage application deployments and ensure smooth transitions to production. - Implement CI/CD pipelines for Mendix applications. - Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests. - Ensure high-quality code and adherence to testing best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide technical updates. - Participate in project planning and estimation. Required Skills & Experience : - Proven experience in Mendix application development and architecture. - Strong understanding of Mendix Studio Pro, microflows, domain models, and pages. - Experience with REST APIs, web services, and database integration. - Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Experience with relational databases and SQL. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Experience with version control systems (Git). Preferred Skills & Experience : - Mendix certifications (e.g., Advanced Developer, Expert Developer). - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Experience with Java.
