Responsibilities : - Conduct manual and automated testing of Android, iOS, and web applications. - Design and implement automation frameworks using Appium and Selenium (Java) for frontend testing. - Mock backend data to simulate various scenarios for front-end testing. - Develop automation frameworks using Restassured (Java) for testing REST APIs and backend services. - Perform performance testing of both frontend applications and backend servers using tools like JMeter and others. - Utilize tools such as Chucker, and Charles Proxy for debugging and monitoring network traffic. - Author test scripts and automate test cases using TestNG, Maven, and Jenkins for CI/CD integration. - Design and execute test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage and efficient defect management using JIRA. - Document test cases, test results, and defects with clear and concise reporting. - Mentor junior QA resources and drive continuous improvement in testing processes. - Conduct event testing for integrations with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Clevertap, Moengage, etc. - Perform backend validation using SQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB. - Conduct security testing and familiarity with tools like Burp Suite. - Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met and maintained. Requirements : - Proven 3-5 years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role in manual and automation testing. - Hands-on experience with front-end testing of Android, iOS, and web products. - Proficiency in Appium, Selenium (Java), and Restassured (Java) for designing automation frameworks. - Familiarity with tools such as Chucker, and Charles Proxy for network monitoring and debugging. - Experience in performance testing of applications and backend servers using JMeter, Locust, etc. - Knowledge of TestNG, Maven, and Jenkins for test automation and CI/CD integration. - Strong understanding of backend services/architecture and hands-on experience with REST APIs. - Ability to write SQL queries for backend validation and familiarity with MongoDB. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug issues effectively. - Experience with security testing and exposure to AWS monitoring tools is a plus. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
