Staff Software Engineer - Golang/Python/C++

Job Description : As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of software modules owned by a team. Your primary focus will be on the development of all backend server-side components and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end. This role requires excellent communication skills as you will need to collaborate across : - Play a key role in the design/development of features. - Gathering and understanding requirements. - Design, development, and implementation independently. - Will be able to work on end-to-end features. Requirements : - Experience : 3 to 5 years, preferably in a product company. - Technical Skills : Extensive hands-on experience in Go/Python/C/C++ on Unix/Linux or Windows platforms. Must have experience with Microservices, and Rest API. - Proficiency : Excellent programming skills, including Data structures, Algorithms, and Design Concepts. - Architecture : Experience in working with SoA (Service-oriented Architecture) and Microservices. - Cloud Technologies : Experience in Cloud Technologies, preferably AWS. - Additional Skill : Experience with third-party API integrations at scale is preferred. - B. Tech / B. E / M. E. / M. Tech (Computer Science). Desirable Skills : - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Familiar with Agile methodologies like Scrum etc. - Knowledge of the SaaS OR Backup domain will be an advantage. - Working knowledge of Dockers and Kubernetes will be an advantage.
