Salesforce Vlocity Architect - Apex/LWC

Responsibilities : - Design and architect end-to-end Vlocity solutions, including data models, business processes, and user interfaces. - Develop and document technical architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation plans. - Lead the design of complex Vlocity OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Cards. - Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices. - Evaluate and recommend appropriate Vlocity and Salesforce technologies to meet business requirements. - Provide technical leadership and guidance on Vlocity implementation projects. - Oversee the development and customization of Vlocity components, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. - Ensure adherence to Vlocity development standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Vlocity implementations. - Optimize Vlocity performance and ensure data integrity. - Design and implement integrations between Vlocity and other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.). - Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend Salesforce functionality. - Utilize Salesforce APIs and integration patterns to connect with external systems. - Ensure seamless data flow and integration across the Salesforce ecosystem. - Lead and mentor a team of Vlocity developers and consultants. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Provide technical guidance and expertise on Vlocity best practices and implementation strategies. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical training sessions. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide technical updates. - Lead technical workshops and design sessions. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Manage technical dependencies and resolve project roadblocks. Required Skills & Experience : - 8 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture. - 5 years of experience in Vlocity development and architecture. - Deep understanding of Vlocity platform and its industry-specific capabilities (Communications, Media, Energy & Utilities, Insurance, Health). - Expertise in designing and implementing Vlocity OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Cards. - Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs. - Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and best practices. - Excellent understanding of Salesforce security and data management principles. - Proven experience in leading technical teams and mentoring developers. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Salesforce and Vlocity certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Vlocity Certified Architect). Preferred Skills & Experience : - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with other Salesforce clouds (Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, etc.). - Experience with data migration and data management tools.
