Job Tittle : Sterling IBM. Job Mode : Onsite. Job Type : Full Time. Experience : 5 years. Location : Hyderabad. Responsibilities : - Develop, customize, and implement IBM Sterling OMS solutions to meet business requirements. - Design and develop custom extensions, services, and integrations for Sterling OMS. - Configure and customize Sterling OMS workflows and business rules. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for Sterling OMS customizations and integrations. - Develop and implement integrations between Sterling OMS and other enterprise systems using web services (SOAP, REST), message queues (WebSphere MQ), and other integration technologies. - Utilize Sterling CDT (Customization Deployment Tool) for deploying and managing Sterling OMS configurations and extensions. - Configure and troubleshoot middleware components (WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere MQ). - Identify and resolve issues related to Sterling OMS functionality and performance. - Perform performance tuning and optimization of Sterling OMS applications. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. - Design and implement database schemas and queries for Sterling OMS. - Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity. - Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues. - Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and system tests for Sterling OMS applications. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve defects. - Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide technical guidance. - Participate in team meetings and provide status updates. Required Skills & Experience : - 5 years of experience in IBM Sterling OMS development and customization. - Strong understanding of Sterling OMS architecture, workflows, and configurations. - Proficiency in Java/J2EE programming. - Experience in developing and consuming web services (SOAP, REST). - Experience with message queues (WebSphere MQ). - Hands-on experience with Sterling CDT. - Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Sterling OMS issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad. Preferred Skills & Experience : - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - IBM Sterling OMS certifications. - Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Experience with scripting languages (Python, Shell).
