Job Title : Technical Lead Data Analytics. Location : Noida. Experience : 6 Years. Role Overview : As a Technical Lead Data Analytics, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented data scientists and analysts in delivering innovative, data-driven solutions. You will leverage your expertise in AI, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI to build advanced analytics products, and drive impactful business decisions. Key Responsibilities : - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. - Design and implement end-to-end data analytics solutions using Python, AIML, and deep learning techniques. - Develop and optimize algorithms for Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLM). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines. - Provide technical guidance and hands-on expertise in the areas of machine learning, deep learning, and advanced analytics. - Oversee the full lifecycle of data-driven projects, from data collection and cleaning to model building, deployment, and performance evaluation. - Ensure the adoption of best practices in code quality, version control, and documentation. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AI/ML, deep learning, and NLP to continuously enhance the team's capabilities. - Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
