Technology Business System Consultant

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Technology Business System Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our clients' business needs and our technology solutions. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement system solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both business processes and technology systems, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities : Client Needs Analysis : - Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes, workflows, and requirements. - Identify areas for improvement and recommend technology solutions to address business challenges. - Document client requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. System Design and Implementation : - Design and configure technology systems to meet client requirements. - Develop and implement system integrations and customizations. - Conduct system testing and ensure quality assurance. - Manage system deployment and provide post-implementation support. Project Management : - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success. - Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Technical Support and Training : - Provide technical support to clients and internal teams. - Develop and deliver training materials and workshops. - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues. - Ensure client satisfaction and build strong client relationships. Process Improvement and Optimization : - Identify and recommend improvements to business processes and technology systems. - Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Contribute to the development of best practices for system implementation and support. Technology Research and Evaluation : - Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements. - Research and evaluate new technologies and tools. - Provide recommendations on technology solutions that align with client business needs. Documentation and Reporting : - Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user guides. - Generate and analyze reports on system performance and usage. - Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications : Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
