Java Full Stack Lead Developer

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced JFS (JavaScript Frameworks) React LEAD to drive the development of our cutting-edge web applications. In this role, you will lead a team of React developers, establish architectural patterns, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions. You will be responsible for defining technical roadmaps, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in React, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building innovative web applications. Responsibilities : Technical Leadership & Architecture : - Lead the technical direction and architecture of React-based frontend applications. - Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns. - Design and implement scalable and maintainable frontend architectures. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and application performance. - Drive the adoption of modern frontend development practices. React Development & Implementation : - Lead the development of complex React components and applications. - Implement state management solutions using Redux, Context API, or other relevant libraries. - Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and data services. - Optimize application performance and ensure smooth user experience. - Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces. Team Management & Mentoring : - Lead and mentor a team of React developers, providing technical guidance and support. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. - Define and manage team workflows and processes. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Project Planning & Execution : - Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines. - Develop technical project plans and estimates. - Manage project dependencies and ensure timely delivery of frontend components. - Track project progress and provide regular status updates. - Ensure adherence to Agile development methodologies. Testing & Quality Assurance : - Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks (e.g, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). - Ensure comprehensive test coverage for frontend components. - Conduct performance testing and optimization. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. Collaboration & Communication : - Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences. - Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives). - Contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices. Documentation : - Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API documentation, and code comments. - Document development processes and best practices.- - Maintain accurate records of application development. Continuous Learning : - Stay up-to-date with the latest React technologies and frontend development trends. - Research and evaluate new tools and libraries. - Participate in training and professional development activities. Qualifications : Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience : - 8 years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on React. - Proven experience leading a team of React developers. - Deep expertise in React and related technologies. - Experience with state management libraries (e.g, Redux, Context API).- - Experience with API integration and data services. Technical Skills : - Expert-level knowledge of React and JavaScript. - Strong understanding of frontend architecture and design patterns. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and related technologies. - Experience with testing frameworks (e.g, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g, Git).
