Java Full Stack Developer - React.js

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced JFS (JavaScript Frameworks) React LEAD to drive the development of our cutting-edge web applications. In this role, you will lead a team of React developers, establish architectural patterns within our JFS environment, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions. You will be responsible for defining technical roadmaps, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences within our broader JavaScript framework strategy. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in React, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building innovative web applications that integrate seamlessly within our JFS architecture. Responsibilities : Technical Leadership & JFS Architecture Integration : - Lead the technical direction and architecture of React-based frontend applications within the context of our overall JFS strategy. - Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns, ensuring consistency across all JFS-based applications. - Design and implement scalable and maintainable frontend architectures that integrate effectively with other JFS components. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and application performance within our JFS environment. - Drive the adoption of modern frontend development practices, ensuring alignment with our broader JavaScript framework strategy. React Development & Implementation : - Lead the development of complex React components and applications. - Implement state management solutions using Redux, Context API, or other relevant libraries. - Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and data services, ensuring seamless integration within our JFS ecosystem. - Optimize application performance and ensure smooth user experience. - Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces. Team Management & Mentoring (JFS Context) : - Lead and mentor a team of React developers, providing technical guidance and support within our JFS environment. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback, ensuring adherence to our JFS coding standards. - Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment, promoting best practices across all JFS teams. - Define and manage team workflows and processes, ensuring alignment with our overall JFS development strategy. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Project Planning & Execution (JFS Context) : - Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines, ensuring alignment with our JFS roadmap. - Develop technical project plans and estimates, considering the integration of React applications within our JFS architecture. - Manage project dependencies and ensure timely delivery of frontend components, aligning with our overall JFS release schedule. - Track project progress and provide regular status updates, highlighting any potential impacts on our JFS ecosystem. - Ensure adherence to Agile development methodologies. Testing & Quality Assurance (JFS Context) : - Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks (e.g, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress), ensuring compatibility with our JFS testing strategy. - Ensure comprehensive test coverage for frontend components, aligning with our overall JFS quality assurance standards. - Conduct performance testing and optimization, considering the performance impact on our JFS ecosystem. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments, ensuring seamless integration with our JFS deployment process. Collaboration & Communication (JFS Context) : - Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences within our JFS environment. - Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment with our JFS communication strategy. - Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives), contributing to our overall JFS development process. - Contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices, promoting consistency across all JFS teams. Documentation (JFS Context) : - Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API documentation, and code comments, ensuring alignment with our JFS documentation standards. - Document development processes and best practices, contributing to our overall JFS knowledge base. - Maintain accurate records of application development, ensuring traceability within our JFS ecosystem. Continuous Learning (JFS Context) : - Stay up-to-date with the latest React technologies and frontend development trends, ensuring alignment with our overall JFS technology roadmap. - Research and evaluate new tools and libraries, considering their compatibility with our JFS architecture. - Participate in training and professional development activities, contributing to our overall JFS team's expertise. Qualifications : Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience : - 5 years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on React. - Proven experience leading a team of React developers within a larger JavaScript framework environment. - Deep expertise in React and related technologies. - Experience with state management libraries (e.g, Redux, Context API). - Experience with API integration and data services. Technical Skills : - Expert-level knowledge of React and JavaScript. - Strong understanding of frontend architecture and design patterns within a broader JavaScript framework context. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and related technologies. - Experience with testing frameworks (e.g, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g, Git).
