Job Description : As a Product Management Analyst, you will be responsible for providing critical analysis, insights, and support to the product management team. You will conduct market research, analyze user behavior, assist in defining product requirements, and track product performance. Your understanding of chatbot technologies, conversational AI, and the broader SaaS landscape will be invaluable in helping us build and enhance our product offerings. You will be a key contributor in ensuring our products are aligned with market opportunities and deliver exceptional value to our B2B customers. Responsibilities : - Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings within the chatbot and conversational AI space. - Analyze market size, growth potential, and emerging technologies. - Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing relevant to our product roadmap. - Assist in planning and conducting user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and pain points. - Analyze user feedback and data to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. - Assist product managers in defining and documenting product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Help create and maintain product specifications, wireframes, and other relevant documentation. - Track and analyze key product metrics and KPIs to understand product performance, user engagement, and identify areas for optimization. - Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate product performance insights to the team. - Assist in defining and monitoring A/B tests to improve product features and user experience. - Continuously monitor and analyze competitor products, strategies, and pricing. - Identify competitive advantages and potential threats. - Provide insights to inform product positioning and differentiation. - Work closely with product managers, engineering teams, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution. - Communicate product updates, insights, and recommendations effectively to internal stakeholders. - Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to product discussions. - Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, including market research, competitive analysis, and internal communication. - Help create launch materials and support the go-to-market strategy. Requirements : Experience : 3 years of proven experience in product management or a closely related role, preferably within B2B SaaS companies. - Solid understanding of chatbot technologies, conversational interfaces, and related industry trends. - Proven track record of contributing to the launch of successful products and understanding the drivers of growth. - Ability to work effectively, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly. - - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships. - Comfortable with technology and the ability to understand technical concepts. - Bachelor's /master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
