Jira Cloud Administrator

Responsibilities : - Administer and maintain the Jira Cloud instance, ensuring optimal performance and availability. - Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings. - Configure and customize Jira projects, workflows, screens, fields, and issue types. - Install, configure, and manage Jira add-ons and integrations. - Perform regular system health checks and troubleshoot issues. - Design and implement Jira workflows to support various business processes. - Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain documentation for Jira configurations and processes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions. - Create and manage Jira projects and boards. - Configure and maintain issue types, fields, and screens. - Implement and manage issue tracking and reporting processes. - Provide training and support to users on Jira functionality. - Implement automation rules and scripts using Jira Automation and other tools. - Integrate Jira Cloud with other Atlassian products (Confluence, Bitbucket) and third-party applications. - Develop and maintain custom integrations using APIs and scripting languages. - Create and manage Jira dashboards and reports. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy. - Perform data migrations and backups. - Implement and maintain security policies and procedures. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. - Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments. - Provide technical support to Jira users. - Develop and deliver training materials and workshops. - Create and maintain user documentation. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Jira Cloud features and best practices. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. - Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base and documentation. Technical Skills : Required : - 3 years of experience in Jira Cloud administration. - Strong understanding of Jira Cloud functionalities and configurations. - Experience with Jira workflows, screens, fields, and issue types. - Experience with Jira add-ons and integrations. - Experience with Jira Automation and scripting. - Understanding of Jira APIs and RESTful services. - Experience with user management and security configuration in Jira Cloud. - Experience with Jira reporting and dashboards. Preferred : - Experience with other Atlassian products (Confluence, Bitbucket). - Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (Zapier, Integromat). - Experience with scripting languages (Groovy, JavaScript). - Experience with database management and SQL. - Jira certifications (ACP-JA). Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in Jira Cloud administration. - Proven experience in configuring and managing Jira Cloud instances. - Strong understanding of Jira Cloud functionalities and best practices.
