Job Title : Senior Salesforce Developer Location : Hyderabad, Bengaluru (Hybrid) Employment Type : Full-time Experience : 8 Years About the Job : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will leverage your deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and your technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions that meet our business needs and drive efficiency. This is a hybrid role based in either Hyderabad or Bengaluru, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and from the office. - Responsibilities : Solution Design and Development : - Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and product owners, to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs. - Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other relevant Salesforce technologies. - Develop and maintain custom applications, integrations, and automation processes within the Salesforce environment. - Implement and configure Salesforce features such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (or other relevant clouds), and Community Cloud. - Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Technical Leadership and Mentorship : - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. - - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and best practices. - - Contribute to the development and maintenance of coding standards, best practices, and technical documentation. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting : - Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues within the Salesforce platform. - Identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. - Perform thorough testing and debugging of developed solutions. Collaboration and Communication : - Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and other development teams. - Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Platform Expertise and Best Practices : - Maintain a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform architecture, data model, security features, and governor limits. - Adhere to Salesforce development best practices and design patterns to ensure maintainable and scalable solutions. - Utilize Salesforce declarative tools (Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flow) effectively when appropriate. - Implement and manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings. Integration and Deployment : - Design and implement data migration strategies and processes. - Manage the deployment process using tools like Salesforce CLI, ANT, or other CI/CD pipelines. - Ensure smooth and efficient deployment of Salesforce solutions across different environments. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 8 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered Salesforce projects. - Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, and its limitations. - Expertise in Apex programming, including triggers, classes, and SOQL/SOSL. - Strong proficiency in Visualforce and modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Solid understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) for integrations. - Familiarity with Salesforce declarative development tools (Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flow). - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly. - Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Desired Skills and Experience : - Salesforce Developer certifications such as Platform Developer I and II are highly desirable. - Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Community Cloud. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Familiarity with Salesforce DX. - Understanding of Salesforce security best practices and data security. - Experience with testing frameworks for Salesforce (e.g., Apex unit tests, Jest for LWC).
