Senior Shopify Developer - Javascript Frameworks

Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Shopify Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Shopify Theme Development, Shopify Functions, and Checkout UI Extensions. This role requires expertise in building and customizing Shopify stores, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, customize, and optimize Shopify themes to ensure seamless UI/UX. - Implement and enhance Shopify Functions to extend store capabilities. - Work with Checkout UI Extensions to modify and enhance the Shopify checkout experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs and third-party services. - Optimize store performance for faster load times and better user experience. - Troubleshoot and resolve Shopify-related issues, ensuring high availability and reliability. - Stay updated with Shopify's latest features, updates, and best practices. - Implement SEO best practices and performance optimizations for Shopify storefronts. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best development practices. - Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 5 years of experience as a Shopify Developer with a strong portfolio of Shopify projects. - Proficiency in Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON. - Experience with Shopify Functions and Checkout UI Extensions. - Strong understanding of REST & GraphQL APIs for Shopify integrations. - Familiarity with third-party apps and API integrations. - Experience with version control (Git) and modern development workflows. - Ability to debug and optimize Shopify stores for speed and performance. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with Headless Shopify implementations. - Knowledge of React.js, Vue.js, or other modern JS frameworks. - Familiarity with Shopify Plus and enterprise-level customizations. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
