Business Analyst

Title : Business Analyst Key Responsibilities : - Requirements Gathering & Analysis : Lead discussions with stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements for app-generation projects. - Process Optimization : Assess and recommend improvements to business processes using app-generation tools. - Documentation : Develop clear business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specs, and user stories. - Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring requirements are aligned with business goals. - Solution Assessment : Evaluate proposed solutions for feasibility, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. - UAT & Testing : Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs. - Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior Business : - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field. - Experience in business analysis, preferably in app development or app-generation solutions. - Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. - Experience in Agile methodologies and SDLC. - Familiarity with app-generation platforms and low-code/no-code tools is a plus. - Proficient with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
