Program Manager - DevSecOps

We are looking for a talented Program Manager to lead our dynamic DevSecOps team and ensure the successful delivery of robust, scalable, and efficient infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage a team of DevSecOps engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. - Oversee the design, implementation, and management of Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and scalability of applications. - Coordinate the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate the deployment process. - Ensure the implementation and management of integration tools for continuous delivery and GitOps workflows. - Supervise the configuration and management of API Gateway management and security. - Oversee the deployment and management of service mesh solutions to enhance microservices communication and security. - Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve reliability and performance. - Manage the development and maintenance of infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and management. - Serve as a Kubernetes orchestration expert, providing guidance and best practices for container orchestration and management. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our infrastructure. - Ensure team proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with AI and analytics applications. - Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps. - Certification in Kubernetes, AWS, or other relevant technologies.
