Worldline - Way4 Testing Engineer - Robot Framework

Roles and Responsibilities : - Design, manage, and improve test cases, plans, and strategies for the WAY4 platform - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Robot Framework - Support CI/CD processes by integrating automated tests into the pipeline - Collaborate with development and QA teams for seamless deployment of new features - Ensure the smooth functioning and operational stability of the Way4 system - Monitor application performance and resolve incidents to ensure high availability - Establish and maintain testing standards, guidelines, and documentation - Take ownership of end-to-end testing processes including manual and automated approaches - Contribute to infrastructure maintenance and automation of testing operations - Engage in daily discussions with global team members to continuously refine test processes Skills and Qualifications Required : - Bachelors or Masters degree in IT or related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, with strong knowledge of testing methodologies and lifecycle - At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Agile testing environments - Relevant certifications like ISTQB Advanced, CAT, or CSTE - Strong understanding of test planning, test case design, and defect tracking - Good command of English (spoken and written) - Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills - Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and proactiveness Preferred Skills : - Experience with Robot Framework for test automation - Scripting or coding skills in Python, Bash/Shell, or VBScript - Prior experience in the financial domain, especially card services - Working knowledge of PL/SQL - Familiarity with Way4 (OpenWay) platform is a significant advantage (ref:hirist.tech)
