Job Title Team Lead Ahmedabad/Mumbai (Office B.E./B.Tech (CS&IT), MCA / skills - Overall 6 Yrs experience required - Atleast 5 years of relevant software development experience using NodeJS / Express JS & MySQL/PostgreSQL / (or Any other SQL DB) / MongoDB - Strong Knowledge of JavaScript Programming Language - Experience in ORM like TypeORM/Knex - In depth Knowledge of NodeJS with ExpressJS Framework/NestJS - Experience Building REST APIs - Strong Data Modeling and SQL Database skills(MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, whatever the job needs) - Familiar with Cloud Services(AWS/Azure) for Push/SMS/Email Notifications, Data Storage - Good Understanding & Hands-On experience of Microservices(Architecture) & Its Implementation Patterns. - Deployment Using Cloud Platform of AWS/Azure/Similar - Familiar with Nginx. - External Service Integration Payment Gateway, Social Media Platforms, etc. - SDLC Agile Development model, Scrum Methodology, Planning & execution skills. - Somewhat Familiar with Project Management tools like Jira & Sprint Planning. - Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Node.js developers. - Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. - Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members. - Design and develop scalable and maintainable backend applications using Node.js, Express.js/NestJS. - Architect and implement microservices-based architectures. - Make key technical decisions and provide technical direction to the team. - Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications. - In-depth knowledge of Node.js and its asynchronous programming models. - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs. - Implement and maintain database schemas and queries (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Utilize ORM tools like TypeORM/Knex. - Integrate external services such as payment gateways and social media platforms. - Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality code. - Deployment and configuration of Nginx. - Utilize cloud services (AWS/Azure) for push/SMS/email notifications and data storage. - Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). - Good understanding of cloud implementation. - Work within an Agile development environment (Scrum methodology). - Participate in sprint planning and execution. - Utilize project management tools like Jira. - Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
