Job Title : AEM Administrator Experience : 4 years Location : Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, Noida, Hyderabad (Hybrid) Shift Timing : 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AEM Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. As an AEM Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our AEM environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation in AEM architecture, have hands-on experience in administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning, and be adept at collaborating with development and content teams. This is a hybrid role based in one of our listed locations, offering a blend of on-site and remote work. Key Responsibilities : - AEM Environment Management : Install, configure, and maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments, including Author, Publisher, Dispatcher, and other related components. - System Maintenance and Upgrades : Manage and execute AEM upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and service packs to ensure system security, stability, and access to the latest features. - Performance Monitoring and Optimization : Proactively monitor AEM system performance, identify potential bottlenecks in areas like replication, workflows, OSGi bundles, and Sling configurations, and implement necessary optimizations. - Dispatcher Configuration and Management : Configure and optimize AEM Dispatcher for efficient content caching, enhanced security, and optimal content delivery to end-users. - Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution : Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM environments, including performance degradation, errors in logs, and system failures. - Security and User Management : Manage user roles, permissions, and content security within the AEM platform, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices. - Log Analysis and System Monitoring : Monitor AEM logs (error logs, access logs, etc.) to identify potential issues, track system behavior, and ensure overall system health. - Backup and Recovery : Implement and manage AEM backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and business continuity. - Collaboration with Development and Content Teams : Work closely with AEM developers and content authors to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure smooth content delivery workflows. - Automation and Scripting : Utilize scripting languages (e.g, Shell, Python) to automate routine administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency. - Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to AEM configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Administration. - In-depth understanding of AEM architecture, including OSGi framework, Sling web framework, Java Content Repository (JCR), and the role of the Dispatcher. - Proven hands-on experience with AEM deployment processes, performance tuning methodologies, and effective troubleshooting techniques. - Strong expertise in AEM security concepts, authentication mechanisms, and user and group management within the AEM platform. - Experience with server management, including proficiency in Linux commands and basic system administration tasks. - Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g, Shell scripting, Python) for automation of administrative tasks. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. - Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a hybrid work environment. Preferred Skills & Qualifications : - Experience with CDN (Content Delivery Network) configurations and integration with AEM. - Familiarity with cloud-based AEM environments (e.g, Adobe Managed Services, AWS, Azure). - Experience with AEM authoring environment administration and configuration. - Knowledge of AEM workflows and their administration. - Understanding of network protocols and configurations relevant to AEM. - Experience with monitoring tools for AEM performance and availability. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and their integration with AEM deployments. - Relevant certifications in AEM administration.
