Senior DevOps Engineer - Off-Chain Infrastructure

Role : Sr DevOps Engineer. Location : Mumbai - Andheri or Pune Baner. Category : Full time employee Work Exp : 4-6 years DevOps / Cloud Architecting and DevOps experience. When : Immediate joining. Roles : We are looking for a talented and self-driven DevOps engineer to join our team. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be working on managing Core Blockchain and off-chain infrastructure based use cases with an everlasting goal of continuous improvement and automation of existing infra, processes and security. Alongside typical web2 DevOps skillset, being a member of the core blockchain infrastructure (web3) team requires you understanding underlying blockchain protocols and node interactions for a meaningful value-add to our team. That said, there is a lot of room for innovation and improvements which allows for a rewarding work experience. You will be part of a pivotal moment for blockchain history by participating in creating a decentralized network and contributing to web3 going mainstream Key Responsibilities : - Manage high availability and reliability of chain and off-chain infrastructure of Soneium networks. - Continuously work on improving and automating existing environments, processes and security posture. - Monitor performance on infrastructure level (e. Linux) as well as protocol level (e. L1 and L2 network management, on-chain transactions) by implementing and managing the right tools to allow troubleshooting and timely reaction when needed. Qualification and Skills : The list of skills is wide and ideal target to have 100% coverage is not mandatory. Be realistic with what you know and where you need to grow your skills. - Minimum 3 years of experience in DEVOPS domain including (and not limited to) Linux in general, GitHub CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes/Containers, designing highly available services. - Hands-on DEVOPS or DEV experience in blockchain space (Polkadot, Ethereum, L2 Rollup or other blockchain technologies. - Experience with managing cloud infra (any/all AWS/Azure/GCP). - Monitoring / Alerting stack : Prometheus/Grafana, Loki, ELK. - DB maintenance is a plus. - Embracing open-source culture. - Embracing cross-cultural communication in a highly diverse and distributed working environment. - Ability to work autonomously, be proactive, prioritise, communicate, and function in a small team. - GCP / AWS Tech Certified Architect and Certified DevOps Engineer.
