Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code. - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems. - Delivering technical assistance to stakeholders inside the company. - Ability to work independently. - Analyse and interpret business/functional requirements into technical specifications - Ability to interpret business/technical requirements and develop solutions. - Ensure deadlines are met while ensuring quality - Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously - Attend conference calls with clients in US during late evening hours - Follow prescribed client standards and processes - Communicate progress/priorities/issues proactively to the tech lead and project manager Preferred skills : - Solid hands on experience in coding, designing and architecting solutions in Microsoft based pc or web environment. (5 years) - Should be an expert in at least one of the following Microsoft Technologies (.Net framework, C#, ASP.NET, Web services, VB 6.0, MS SQL Server). - Good verbal & written communication skills - Bachelor's degree in computers, information technology, or a related field. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Skilled with C# and well-versed in its ecosystems.
