Financial services leasing Azienda International financial services company. Offerta Lead and manage different projects within the leasing or financial services sector. Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion, including coordination of testing activities in alignment with business priorities. Report directly to the Managing Director, providing regular updates on project status. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Cooperate with MD and all Management Team to map and implement a consistent set of working processes and procedures, also by means of aligning operating systems requirements to the business governance model in force from time to time. Competenze ed esperienza Education: Degree in Economics or Management Engineering. Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in project management. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
