Job Description
Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator Job Type: Permanent Support the Expatriates In-Out Management Head of Department, coordinating local HR activities. Manage the local/expatriates’ positions in compliance with Company policy, Host country labour law, and immigration guidelines. Support the selection processes for new resources. Manage hiring and termination processes. Keep tuned functional responsibilities about their relevant personnel issues. Handle HR budgeting process. Manage job changes, promotions, salary increases, grievances, and disciplinary procedures. The selected candidate will work a minimum of 6-9 months in the KT office in Rome and then be relocated outside Italy to one of our subsidiaries/local entities to support local HR activities. Duties and Responsibilities Carry out CVs screening; Take interviews with candidates; Negotiate salary conditions, employment contracts, and secondment agreements with candidates; Initiate mobilization and demobilization process on appointed projects; Initiate new hire paperwork process for prospective employees and all necessary immigration documentation; Maintain contact with employees to provide necessary support; Update HRP web-based system with job information and expats work cycles; Change Cost Center codes in accordance with Expat assignments; Check timesheets and manage calculation of vacation; Assist executives assigned abroad with HR queries; Collect relevant authorization to start the hiring process; Support the set-up of new projects; Support the calculation of expatriation allowances and foreign compensation packages; Supervise assignment status of mobilization and demobilization; Coordinate and support HR Specialist in negotiations and agreements; Support HD for new project start-up and labor costs calculation; Interact with personnel administration structures to process payroll data in compliance with local regulations. Moreover, for the set-up of new countries, initiate activities for the secondment of resources and maintain relationships with local external consultants for managing local/seconded personnel. Person Specification Knowledge & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred. Experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources and/or Global Mobility; Skills and Abilities Excellent IT and analytical skills; Excellent communication, team-oriented, and interpersonal skills; Self-motivation and direction, with a strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
