Your Challenge As a Property Manager Italy , your mission will be to ensure the correct operation of Siemens owned location in Milano, which will have in the next years a development project, focusing on ESG requirements , employee satisfaction , and strong business outlook . Your main activities will: Support interfaces with Internal Customers, Technical Property Managers, Contract Management, Real Estate Stakeholders, and local Authorities. Support interfaces about Construction Project in Casa Siemens with SRE DP. Negotiate contracts and their conditions (e.g., price, termination terms), create and complete respective agreements (lease-in and lease-out). Be responsible for financial fulfillment of the agreed contracts (lease in/out), understanding corporate real estate and its impacts on our business, including financial impacts of your daily operation. Support the development of space optimization according to customer needs and market developments and identify opportunities to improve space efficiency, occupancy costs as well as SRE rental conditions (internal and external). Ensure adherence to maintenance principles, guidelines, and processes. Execution of local EHS aspects and to minimize risks in order to ensure legally compliant operation and live zero harm culture. Understand the cost structure of technical assets/equipment and drivers in detail and monitor the given budget for your projects. To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have: Comprehensive skills and experience in corporate real estate during building operations and asset management including real estate related applications & building technologies. A degree in architecture or/and engineering science (mechanical/electrical/civil) experience with CAD. Project management experience in real estate maintenance investments. IT affinity - You should have the ability to keep touching the newest improvements in the area of technological innovation and apply them in the company. Well trained in interaction abilities and have excellent discussion skills. Strong service and solution mindset with a liking for customer interaction. Proficient in Italian (native) and English (proficiency). Thinking from the customer perspective. Effective collaboration in networks across businesses and functions.
