An Italian Engineering Company with over 50 years of experience in Italy and abroad, specializing in Design, Construction Supervision, and Project Management for major infrastructure projects (railways, roads, ports, subways, complex buildings) and Renewable Energy, is seeking Road and Railway Infrastructure Engineers for its Rome headquarters to fill two positions : Main Responsibilities Selected candidates will be involved in the design of road and railway alignments for approximately 3,000 km as part of large, multi-year contracts . Requirements Position 1 - Senior Engineer Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering - Transport Infrastructure specialization Minimum of 7 years’ experience in road and railway alignment design (plans, profiles, cross-sections) Excellent knowledge of Civil 3D and Open Road/Open Rail Fluent English proficiency Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with autonomy, initiative, and a proactive mindset. Excellent ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a team. Position 2 - Junior Engineer Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering - Transport Infrastructure specialization Minimum of 2 years’ experience in road and railway alignment design (plans, profiles, cross-sections) Good knowledge of Civil 3D and Open Road/Open Rail Good English proficiency Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, initiative, and a proactive attitude.
