Chief Scientist

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for research, tracking, layout, project initiation, and management of company pipelines; Provide technical guidance and management for the research and development team; Manage research achievements such as patents, articles, etc.; Handle scientific affairs of the company and establish connections with external experts. Qualifications: Ph.D. or higher degree with research experience in gene therapy and stem cell fields; Advanced project research and development management experience, experience with IND on pipelines is preferred; Strong insights into new technologies and products in the industry, capable of providing rational advice to the company's management on new drug research and development directions; Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with good team leadership and communication abilities; Priority will be given to candidates with SCI publications, overseas work experience, or international study background.
