Guide the development of high-altitude and stratospheric platforms. Collaborate with the Board and Advisory Board on strategic alignment. Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of pseudo-satellites. Foster a culture of innovation and growth. Contribute to senior-level strategy and decision-making. Manage a budget to build and develop your team. What You Bring: Proven leadership experience in the aerospace industry. Hands-on experience with stratospheric platforms or similar technologies (strong advantage). Deep understanding of aerospace systems and engineering processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship skills. Experience at a senior level contributing to strategic decisions. Familiarity with both software and hardware development.
