QMS Engineer

Multinational company operating in the industrial manufacturing sector Job Opportunity Azienda Multinational company leader in the industrial manufacturing sector Offerta Lead compliance to standards and norms ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and relevant battery industry standards. Define systems, policies and processes ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainability targets. Manage documentation and reporting systems. Perform audits across the organization, identify gaps and lead cross-functionally deployment of corrective actions with relevant stakeholders. Lead training program development and deployment across the organization. Manage internal/external audit plan, ensure appropriate preparation, execution and resolution of findings. Monitor Quality KPIs related to compliance and lead action plan to meet targets. Lead Quality improvement plan and ensure continuous improvement in management systems. Competenze ed esperienza Degree in Industrial engineering. At least 5 years of experience in quality in a mass manufacturing industry. Experience in Quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) is a MUST. Experience in IATF 16949 is a PLUS. Fluency in English (oral and written) is a MUST.
