The scope of work includes supporting IT systems, monitoring processes, cooperating with business and technical teams, and ensuring 24/7 availability of key systems. This is a long-term project delivered in a hybrid model (2–3 days/week onsite) from Warsaw, Poznań, or Lublin. Your responsibilities Maintenance and support of IT systems Supporting other departments in operational processes Updating and developing technical documentation Monitoring production processes (availability, functionality, performance) Providing 24/7 application support Collaborating with business, dev teams, testers, and Release Managers Our requirements Min. 2 years of experience in application environment administration Good knowledge of Linux and Windows Server Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, Microsoft) Scripting skills: sh, ksh, bash Knowledge of at least one application server: IIS, Tomcat, WebLogic, or JBoss Ability to write procedures and technical documentation Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo) Understanding of monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Kibana, Grafana Good command of English ( min.
