Product Owner (SAP) Miejsce pracy: Kraków Technologies we use Expected Jira Optional Microsoft Azure AWS Google Cloud Platform About the project We are looking for a SAP BTP Product Owner to lead the development and strategic direction of our SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). In this role, you will manage a team of 4–6 technical experts, own the roadmap, ensure governance, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions in integration, automation, data, and analytics. Your responsibilities Define and evolve the BTP roadmap across App Dev, Integration, Automation, Data/Analytics, Implement and manage access control, transport processes, and a 3-tier architecture Ensure platform readiness for key solutions like SmartDOC and Group Reporting Mature platform features like API management and microservices Oversee platform initiatives: SAP POPI decommissioning, SAP DataSphere transition, and more Ensure scalable deployment of microservice-based integrations Lead, mentor and align a cross-functional technical team Work with Product Owners, Business SMEs, and Architects Translate business needs into strategic platform capabilities Define policies for security, performance, and compliance (GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001) Promote API-first, cloud-native architecture and BTP best practies Analyze platform metrics and apply improvements Stay ahead of SAP and cloud ecosystem advancements Our requirements SAP BTP Extension Suite, Integration Suite, Data/Analytics Suite Cloud-native development (microservices, APIs) SAP CPI and API Management Identity management and security Project & Platform Experience Leading BTP initiatives or SAP migrations Building platform governance and scalability frameworks JIRA and Agile project methodology Driving platform maturity aligned with enterprise vision Optional Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related SAP BTP or Integration certifications Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP) Knowledge of SmartDOC, Group Reporting Fluent English; Polish/Spanish – nice to have This is how we organize our work This is how we work in house you focus on a single project at a time you develop several projects simultaneously you have influence on the technological solutions applied you have influence on the product you focus on product development agile What we offer A full-time contract with possibility to choose the form of employment (UoP/B2B) Stable and long-term cooperation A clearly defined career path and the possibility of development in four areas as: Project Manager, Business Manager, Technical Leader and a specialist in their field Participation in company conferences, trainings, workshops, integration meetings, etc. Certification and training opportunities Opportunity to relocate and work in different ALTEN Polska branches Benefits sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care life insurance dental care retirement pension plan baby layette employee referral program Medicover Benefits platform NOTICE: We kindly inform you that we will contact the selected candidates.
