Responsibilities: Provide BAU (Business as Usual) support for secret and password management applications. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address business and technology needs. Assist client applications with integration and onboarding for identity and access management solutions. Conduct security assessments and support remediation efforts to ensure compliance and safety. Document products and processes while assisting L1/L2 teams with customer-reported issues. Perform BAU validations and work with support teams to automate manual tasks. Assess risks and operational impacts, escalating to technology management when necessary. Participate in rotational weekend on-call support. Gather requirements and provide walkthroughs on using various SDKs and API services for integration with secrets and identity management applications. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM). Hands-on experience with any IAM/PAM tools. Basic proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Unix Shell, Perl, or PowerShell. Understanding of virtualization concepts (e.g., VMware). Basic knowledge of programming languages (C++, C#, or Java). Familiarity with API protocols (REST & SOAP). Experience with container technologies (Kubernetes/OpenShift). Basic knowledge of Data Definition Language (DDL). Very good command of English (oral and written). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
