Data Scientist - Manufacturing Systems Engineer Miejsce pracy: Tajęcina (pow. rzeszowski) Your responsibilities Support the operation of state-of-the-art manufacturing systems and the development of new manufacturing processes, Preservation and optimization of conventional manufacturing systems, Development of production metadata management and data acquisition systems, Creation of dashboards for production, quality and management, Development of machine learning algorithms to predict maintenance, parts deviations and anomaly detection. Participation in or management of interdisciplinary teams and performance of project tasks, Analysis of production deviations as well as planning and implementation of quality assurance measures, Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement Corrective Actions to address and resolve production issues, Cooperation and technical reporting to MTU Munich, Germany on a regular basis. Our requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in systems engineering, data science, me-chanical engineering or equivalent qualification, Preferably experience in aeronautical, automotive, machine tool assembly or similar environment in mechanical and/or other manufacturing process-es in case of automation, statistics, preventive maintenance and machine learning. Experience in statistics and machine learning (Python), data collection (ETL) and database management (SQL) for the shop floor, Preferred familiarity with UiPath, ibaAnalyzer, KNIME, Tableau, Linux, MS Office, Foundational understanding in the field of manufacturing processes (grind-ing, milling, drilling, reaming, EDM) will be an advantage, Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and process plans, Methodological competence, analytical work and assertiveness, Open to qualification trainings in Munich in a modern and highly automat-ed production environment, Communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse, virtual team, Ability to work independently in an international environment, Willingness for a regular visits in Munich, Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and communicative German or willingness to learn German.
