Business Analyst (BPM) Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities Tworzenie modeli finansowych i kosztowych. Przeprowadzanie analizy kosztów i efektywności współpracy z kontrahentami zewnętrznymi w obszarze utrzymania sieci i usług oraz dostarczania usług dla klientów. Przedstawianie rekomendacji i propozycji zmian w: modelach rozliczeń finansowych; treści umów podpisanych z kontrahentami zewnętrznymi; modelach współpracy operacyjnych, w celu podniesienie efektywności współpracy z kontrahentami zewnętrznymi. Prowadzenie projektów wewnątrz organizacji oraz we współpracy z kontrahentami zewnętrznymi, przeprowadzanie analiz opłacalności projektów, przygotowywanie dokumentacji projektowej oraz raportowanie statusów i postępu realizacji projektu. Śledzenie zmian i trendów zachodzących na rynku. Our requirements 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to business services and processes in financial and global GBS area Knowledge about methodology and experience in analysis with the background of the ServiceNow platform (any other relevant BPM's technology also considered) Any experience in project management implementing BPM solutions (ServiceNow - preferred technology) Understanding of low-coding platform - implementation methodology, including limitation and constraints in terms of development and deployment Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills - analytical and structural thinking Excellent communication skills with ability to facilitate conversations with business stakeholders in project definition, business requirements definition and functional design sessions. Ability to manage of multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
