The company specializes in avionics systems and operates a laboratory in Gdańsk, where cutting-edge hardware solutions for aircraft are developed and tested. This role is highly diverse and requires a unique combination of skills in electrical engineering, quality assurance, and lab management. The person in this position will ensure the smooth operation of the lab, maintain compliance with safety and corporate policies, and support the team in hardware testing, documentation, and procurement. This role does not require hands-on assembly or testing but involves planning, organizing, and ensuring smooth operations in the lab. It’s a key supporting position that helps the engineering team focus on development while ensuring everything runs efficiently and safely.
