In this role, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, analyze their needs, and recommend the best solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. This CRM platform is being implemented across 60 countries, making it a key tool for Global & Commercial Banking. Your responsibilities Participating in the entire solution implementation process, from understanding the business requirements to configuring and testing the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet those needs Working closely with various stakeholders across the organization to gather a comprehensive set of requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives Provide expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and assess the customer’s business processes against the standard Dynamics functionality to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement Fully leveraging Microsoft’s tools, such as VSTS and PowerApps, as part of the application lifecycle management (ALM) process Offering ongoing input for enhancing the delivery practice through suggestions and implementing improvements Being responsible for documenting clear and precise business requirements that outline the actions a solution must take and the expected outcomes Configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics Taking responsibility for planning and executing system acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets the customer’s needs Our requirements At least 8 years of experience in D365 Sales implementation and participation in at least 3 full life cycle implementations Ability to analyze business problems, design solution architecture, and document business requirements Familiarity with Microsoft ALM stack to manage the application life cycle Proficiency in VSTS/TFS Strong understanding and application of a process-driven implementation methodology Knowledge of D365 functionality and technology stack supported by experience in implementation methodology and familiarity with industry best practices Analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Successful completion of relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 product certification exams Residing in Poland required Openness to work from an office in Cracow or Warsaw once a week What we offer Great Place to Work since 2015 - it’s thanks to feedback from our workers that we get this special title and constantly implement new ideas Employment stability - revenue of PLN 2.1BN, no debts, since 2006 on the market We share the profit with Workers - over PLN 60M has already been allocated for this aim since 2022 Attractive benefits package - private healthcare, benefits cafeteria platform, car discounts and more Comfortable workplace – class A offices or remote work Dozens of fascinating projects for prestigious brands from all over the world – you can change them thanks to Job Changer application PLN 1 000 000 per year for your ideas - with this amount, we support the passions and voluntary actions of our workers Investment in your growth – meetups, webinars, training platform and technology blog – you choose Fantastic atmosphere created by all Sii Power People Recruitment stages Send your CV Talk to us about your expectations Learn more about our projects and choose the best Start your adventure with Sii Sii Sp. z o.o.
