Technical Business Analyst

Role: Technical Business Analyst Industry: Banking Location: 100% remotely (from Poland) Type of contract: B2B Duration: long-term cooperation We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to help support and deliver and review lots of different business requests. Key skills required: PL/SQL Python / PySpark Advanced SQL Banking experience Responsibilties: Analyzing and improving data quality in the data lake — identifying and resolving data-related issues. Reviewing, analyzing, and enhancing PL/SQL code — often using GitHub to track changes, bugs, commit history, etc. Collaborating with the development team (who leads on the business side) to understand issues and implement solutions. Supporting the alignment of core banking and account systems — identifying data gaps and ensuring they are filled. Writing advanced SQL queries to analyze large volumes of data. Designing and implementing governance processes — e.g., data validation, data quality control flows, error reporting. Developing business requirements based on data — using data analysis as a starting point to define what needs to be improved and how.
