For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: Data Analyst Location: Szczecin Rate: 100-140 pln/h VAT Branch: Manufacturing Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland) Length: long-term, first contract for at least 6 months Start date: May/June Remote work: 2 days remote per week Methodology: Scrum TECH STACK: Power BI dashboards, Microsoft fabric, C#, Python, SQL, data modelling, database management, data integration, data modelling, data governance Responsibilities Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business needs and translate them into data models and visualizations. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through meticulous validation and testing. Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability. Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities and best practices. Continuously explore new sources and tools to enhance analytical capabilities.
