About the role As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible mainly for platform engineering, building DevOps culture, and enabling process automation using ML/AI/LLM. Moreover, you will participate in setting up infrastructure and automation standards to streamline project delivery. The solution you would work on allows us to build on the promise of Artificial Intelligence to become a professionally developed and managed part of our business process landscape. By providing this outstanding and cutting-edge infrastructure, business units will be empowered to reach new goals. To be able to support a variety of projects you will work with AWS, Azure, or both. How you will get the job done promoting, proactively participating in building and sharing DevOps culture across teams and organization maintaining and developing a platform for building and implementing AI models within the AI ​​Factory platform engineering and processes automation participating in the transformation of business processes to automation using ML/AI/LLM models acting as a proactive, goal-oriented, and quality-focused member of our international Scrum team participating in a fintech project for the ERGO Group leveraging your expertise in the design, development, automation, and implementation of cloud infrastructure creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes providing high-quality solutions Skills and experience you will need good command of English (spoken and written) experience collaborating with various project stakeholders (architects, security teams, business) experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum/SAFe) minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cloud DevOps Engineer or Cloud Engineer proficiency with core AWS services, including IAM, networking, storage, API Gateways, RDS, and monitoring proficiency with Azure core services i.e. Azure VM, Azure VNet, Azure DevOps, Azure Load Balancer, Azure Blob Storage ability to set up cloud infrastructure using Terraform following best practices experience in troubleshooting and working with microservices (especially Kubernetes, AWS ECS, Azure AKS) strong communication and interpersonal skills commitment to quality, documentation, and adherence to standards across teams and the organization good command of scripting languages (Bash, Python) experience with CI/CD tools (preferably Jenkins or GitHub Actions) Technology we use AWS (i.e. IAM, VPC, S3, EMR, EC2, ECS / EKS, Lambda, StepFunctions, Segemaker, Bedrock), Azure (Data Factory, Blob Storage, Event Hub, ADLS, Networking, SQL Server, DevOps, AKS, AD, OpenAI), Databricks, Dataiku, Github, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform (incl. trivy and checkov for security scanning), Ansible, Python, Bash, Docker, Kubernetes, JFrog Nice to have experience with AWS Data & AI services experience with Azure Data & AI services knowledge of AI/ML tools (relevant for AI-related projects) Perks & Benefits Let's be healthy Medical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.
