SAP S/4HANA Implemetation Lead Miejsce pracy: Kraków Technologies we use Expected SAP HANA SAP Your responsibilities You have good SAP S/4 (domain) knowledge in at least one of the following domains: RTR or Sales or Logistic Planning You have a knowledge in integration/interdependencies within SAP You can bridge process and IT gaps You can influence a wide range of stakeholders without authority You can steer meetings direction and the decision-making process You observe and propose actions, resolve conflicts and built consensus You are a good listener You efficiently manage time You can include people (i.e. new joiners) and build positivity around change coming with DBB You are great at stakeholders’ management (i.e. design team, deployment team, etc.) You can create and maintain onboarding plans for CORE deployment teams You can provide guidelines on F2S workshops preparation, common approach across streams and teams (align with other PDS) Our requirements Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree Work experience, years of experience required in a complex international environment: Standard: At least 6 years Required work experience in field of expertise: Strong understanding and experience working within and implementing complex change projects, developing and delivering change management.
